Contact form: name, email, phone, message — to respond to your inquiry.

Client portal authentication: email, password (hash), session metadata — to provide portal access.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, visit time — for security and debugging.

3. Legal bases (GDPR Art. 6)

— Performance of a contract: processing client data as part of the Services.

— Consent: contact form, cookies at your choice.

— Legitimate interests: site security, abuse prevention.

4. Who we share with

To run our services we engage trusted third-party providers in the following categories:

— Web application hosting and server compute (EU and/or US)

— Cloud storage for contract files (EU)

— Database and authentication service (EU)

— Email service for correspondence (EU)

— Telegram Bot API for handling bot leads (Telegram servers are located outside the EU)

We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. How long we retain data

Contact inquiries: up to 2 years after last contact.

Client data: for the term of the contract + 3 years (accounting requirements).

Log files: up to 90 days.

Cookies: per the Cookie Policy.

6. Your rights (GDPR Art. 15-22)

You have the right to:

— access your data;

— correct inaccurate data;

— request erasure ("right to be forgotten");

— restrict processing;

— receive your data in a portable format;

— object to processing;

— withdraw consent at any time.

7. Supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (for Ukraine) or with the supervisory authority in your EU country.
